Forecast : An Increased Chance of....Roms?

I recently got into playing emulators, which joined my love of my computer into my "love" of playing pokemon, so now i can play pokemon blue, which is my 3rd-4th favorite in the series, on my computer. I will post on here at the end of each week (if i stay with it that long) all the pokemon i have caught that weren't caught before in the "My Pokedex" post. So Far: Started with Charmander (he evolved), caught nidoran (the female rhino thing). One Gym beaten (boulderbadge), on my way to cerulean soon, just have to train up my nidoran so i can have a slightly increased chance of winning against the thrice accursed water gym leader.
